September 2018

September was the month for soccer.  Our boys had soccer Tuesday through Friday so it was a really busy month.  The boys are all doing really well.

Jackson

Jackson seems to be doing really well in school this year.  His teacher seems really nice and he's doing a lot better academically.  He's really good at math and getting a lot better at reading.  He did really well in soccer this year.  Jackson loves video games he'd play all day if I'd let him.  Jackson is really into four square lately.  He plays pretty much every day at school with his friends.

Lincoln

Link is doing really well in school.  He really loves kindergarten.  He has made 2 really good friends this year that were on his soccer team and in his kindergarten class.  He loved soccer this year.  He scored a goal and he was so excited.  He was so cute running around with his friends they'd hug in the middle of the game.  Link's favorite things are playing with friends, basketball and soccer.

Harrison

Harrison has changed so much in the past couple of months.  He is getting so big.  He has started speaking in complete sentences.  He is so funny but he's a stinker.  He really likes to dump everything out and make huge messes.  I seriously can't leave him alone for 5 minutes.  Making dinner is a nightmare everything is always a disaster by the time it's done.  He always wants to be outside.  He loves to go for walks.  He won't ride in a shopping cart anymore he insists on walking.  He really wants to be independent.  He thinks he can do everything himself.  We went to costco the other day and he wanted to put his own ketchup on his own hot dog.  He's even tries to change his own diaper.

September was really hot which was kind of miserable. I'm ready for some cool weather.  We really spent most of the month doing soccer.  They'd go to school,  then do homework, then soccer, then go to bed.  It was a busy month.  We went hiking a couple of times and enjoyed the leaves.

I Love to See the Temple

We took the boys to the Provo temple on Sunday and took some cute pictures of them.  Harrison loves the temple so much.  He wanted to go inside so bad.  He gets really excited whenever he sees a picture of a temple.

School

School started a couple of weeks ago for Jackson.  Jackson seems to be doing so much better this school year.  His teacher last year was a huge jerk and he really had a hard time.  His teacher this year seems a lot better so I'm really hoping he'll have a better school year.  He had a lot of friends in his class last year and  none of them are in his class this year.  He says he doesn't have any friends in his class yet.  When I drop Link off I see him going back to class from lunch and he seems kind of sad sometimes so I'm a little worried about him.
Link started kindergarten last week and he really likes it so far.  He goes in the afternoons so it's kind of hard to get him to go because he just wants to play all day but once he's there he really enjoys it.  He's already made a new friend in his class.
Both boys are playing soccer this season.  Jackson has been trying harder than in past seasons and he's doing really well.  Link does awesome but he's a little nervous at some of his games.  They are doing awesome so far.  We just have soccer games Tue-Fri which is kind of hard.  Harrison likes going to their games but he wants to play when the coach subs them in he'll yell "It's my turn!!"  He just thinks he's as big as his brothers.
First day of second grade

First day of kindergarten

Link's first day of kindergarten.  Jacks is so sweet and he picks Link up from his class room every day.
