Winters End

2020 has been an insane year so far!  We started the year with home projects.  We pulled all of our tile out and replaced our floor and did granite countertops.  We did the floor ourselves with tons of help from Jordan's brother law.  It was  a project but it turned out beautiful and we're really happy with it.  We did our granite through Ogden in Spanish Fork and it was a complete nightmare.  They made our counters to short and they were just rude and impossible to deal with.  We finally got it fixed though after 2 months of back and forth with them.  We just need to get out backsplash done now.  

With all our home projects January and February were pretty busy.  We managed to have some family time and have a little fun.

Link's turned 7!  We had  a cousin sleep over for him the Friday before his birthday.  They had a ton of fun and it was just super low key they just played and watched a movie.

On Link's birthday we had a huge party with neighbor friends and school friends.  He invited a ton of kids we ended up having 14 kids there.  It was insane but they had a lot of fun.  It was a Zelda themed party because he's obsessed with that game right now.  They mostly ran around and hit each other with swords.  I was worried it would be insane with that many kids but it ended up being really fun.

 At the beginning of March Jordan's sister came into town and we spent a lot of time with family.  It was the last weekend before things really shut down with Corona we went to a movie and had an Easter egg hunt with Jordan's family.  The kids had a ton of fun.  It was the last time we really had social interactions.
