Winter is the Worst!

I hate winter.  The holidays are usually really fun but this year we had a hard time getting into it.  We didn't do a lot of the fun holidays stuff we usually do.  We did go to the Spanish Fork light parade the day after Thanksgiving.  It's usually my favorite thing.  It was so cold and rainy this year and my kids were horrible!  Jackson just laid down in the middle of the road and cried and complained then the boys just started fighting so we finally went into Jordan's office to watch it. 

We were sick pretty much for all of December.  The week before Christmas we got really sick.  We kind of missed out on a lot of the fun Christmas activities in December because we just weren't feeling great.  We did gingerbread houses and the boys really liked it.  

My kids have had a lot of fun playing in the snow this year.  Harrison really likes the snow he wants to go outside every day and play.

We took the boys to the BYU art museum.  It was actually really cool.  They had a really cool exhibit that was bent shaped wood that took up the whole room and we played hide and seek in it.  The boys loved it.  It was actually really cool.  

We went to Luminaria at Thanksgiving point.  It was really cool but probably not worth the money.  My boys didn't really love it.  It was cold and Link was just grumpy. 

On Christmas Eve we went to Jordan's parent house and had a party.  The kids always had so much fun with their cousins.  On Christmas day we went to my parents and hung out.  We were all really sick and just tired so we didn't do that much. 

We went sledding with Jordan's sister and the boys had a lot of fun.  Harrison actually loved it.  He didn't want to stop.  He threw a fit anytime we had to share the sled with anyone else. 

Now that the holidays are over I'm so sick of winter.  It's been so cold lately and being stuck inside has been really rough. I hate snow and the cold and I'm ready for spring already.
