A couple of weeks ago the kids had a Friday off school and it happened to be Jordan's day off. We planned a trip to Goblin Valley with Jordan's siblings Josh and Brook and their families. It was kind of a long drive we just went down for the day. It was a really fun day trip. My boys LOVED having their cousins there. We spend the morning in Goblin Valley State Park and just climbed around. The kids had so much fun! Link was a huge grouch. I think he was just hungry because he didn't eat breakfast very well. He was just grumpy for most of the morning but after he ate a little snack he cheered up a lot. Hiking just isn't his favorite thing in the world. Harrison was so good and just so happy and sweet the entire day. He got hardly any sleep but he was still just so sweet and good the whole day. Jacks was awesome. He loved to climb with his cousins. He was so good he hiked almost the entire day without even one complaint.

We spent most of the morning in Goblin Valley then drove just outside the park to a little area the kids could climb around and ate lunch.

After lunch we went to Little Wild Horse Canyon. I'd never been there but it was kind of a fun little canyon. It was just a skinny little slot canyon. The boys liked it but they were just super tired by the end of the hike. Jacks even had to be carried the last .25 mile. It was such a fun day. After Little Wild Horse we headed home. The boys had so much fun with their cousins. It was kind of a long drive but Goblin Valley was the perfect little day trip. It was so much fun and I'm so glad that Jordan's family was able to come with us.
